I had to have my lap top completely cleaned because it was hacked. The guys did a great job , super efficient, and professional and explained the stuff i didnt understand and added to all that the PRICE WAS GREAT. Bought my first computer in 1982, that is 35 years ago.. First time I have ever bought a refurbished one.. Bought it from creative IT. Excellent, works perfectly and have the same warranty as a new one. Needed answers to a couple of things I could not understand. One phone call and it was explained over the phone. Give them a try for your next machine.

Fantastic Service and Business to deal with. I'm based in Mayo!! and purchased a PC Bundle off their website - It arrived next day and I am delighted with it - Only cost €199 for the PC & Monitor. Also sent a laptop and an iPad mini for repair and both were done at a very affordable price with very fast turn around. Highly recommended - I will use their services again.

I recently purchased a refurbished PC from Creative and as I live in Galway, I had it delivered free of charge. Due to the high spec of the PC I was surprised by the reasonable price but a few months down the line and it's still absolutely flying. They replaced my iPhone 5s glass screen & LCD display during the week, both were smashed. Good quality parts and neat repair at unbeatable price. A previous poor replacement was carried out by another shop in Dublin and the parts got damaged again at the slightest touch but this replacement by Creative IT is head and shoulders above and at a better price.

Bought my laptop here 4 years ago...have only had minor problems with it since...had to have a part replaced recently and they had it fixed in a short space of time and it's been flying since. Very helpful and friendly staff....and they are happy to give advice on any difficulty you may be having ! Would recommend buying a laptop here or using their repair services ! Top class

Went in with my smashed Iphone 6 Screen and they said they'll have the screen the next day as they used the last one in stock that day. Went in next day and had it replaced as promised, they even put on a tempered glass protector for me. Hadn't had a problem since! :) Very helpful and friendly staff!
