About Us

Here at Creative IT we have been successfully repairing computers since 2003. We cater for all types of computers and all types of issues. The best thing is that all of our initial diagnostics which involves a 10 point checkup is absolutely free. This means that unless you approve the quotation that we give you you will not be charged any fee on your repair.

All of our work is guaranteed so that in the unlikely event that you continue to experience issues with your computer you can take it back to us for free repair within your guarantee period.

Bought my first computer in 1982, that is 35 years ago.. First time I have ever bought a refurbished one.. Bought it from creative IT. Excellent, works perfectly and have the same warranty as a new one. Needed answers to a couple of things I could not understand. One phone call and it was explained over the phone. Give them a try for your next machine.

I recently purchased a refurbished PC from Creative and as I live in Galway, I had it delivered free of charge. They replaced my iPhone 5s glass screen & LCD display during the week, both were smashed. Good quality parts and neat repair at unbeatable price. A previous poor replacement was carried out by another shop in Dublin and the parts got damaged again at the slightest touch but this replacement by Creative IT is head and shoulders above and at a better price.

Bought my laptop here 4 years ago...have only had minor problems with it since...had to have a part replaced recently and they had it fixed in a short space of time and it's been flying since. Went in with my smashed Iphone 6 Screen and they said they'll have the screen the next day as they used the last one in stock that day. Went in next day and had it replaced as promised, they even put on a tempered glass protector for me. Hadn't had a problem since! :) Very helpful and friendly staff!
